You can place an order and select when to pick up your order in store Thursday to Sunday between 11am-3:30pm.
Limited Bread Selection on Wednesday!!
No same day orders, however the store is open for walk in orders on a first come first served basis. Cutoff time is 10am for next day orders. Ordering for the next week begins on Saturdays.

Low-glutenized bread. Organic white spelt flour (a low-glutenized organic heirloom flour), extra-virgin olive oil, water,
sourdough, sea salt, malt powder. Great gluten sensitive option.

Our very own sourdough culture is composed of organic wheat. Use to create your own masterpiece at home!
Use this culture in your own bread recipe.
Upon purchasing store in fridge. It will keep active approximately 1 week. During this week you can add this culture into your sourdough recipe. To continue using this culture after 1 week you must reactivate it by mixing flour (1 cup) and warm water (1 cup) into the culture. Let it sit at room temperature for 12-14 hours. You can use this culture in your sourdough recipe, then store it in the fridge. Continue to repeat this process every few days.
